Bradford MDC Adult Services has bought a subscription to Rally Round – software which allows people to create a support network around an individual, the support coming from family, and trusted friends, neighbours and volunteers.
Rally Round fits in with Bradford’s New Deal.
We are changing the way the Council and other public services work with people, communities, businesses and the voluntary sector to improve and protect our quality of life.
Rally Round also promotes Self Care as it enables people to manage their own care and support through a network of friends and family and keeps them in control.
Remember that Rally Round is available to any individual, it is FREE to anyone within the Bradford MDC area. The Rally Round website is https://www.rallyroundme.com/bradford and there is an animation to watch which gives an example of how it works.
