Our walk in surgeries have not been temporarily stopped due to Coronavirus. We are having a telephone triage system where clinicians will triage all patients who are wanting to be seen on the day by telephone. Patients will not be able to choose which clinician contacts them.
All pre-booked appointments – if patients have cold or flu like symptoms please do not attend your appointment self isolate for 7 days and if you still need to be seen after you are better telephone for an appointment, do not come to the surgery.
We would like to thank our patients for their understanding and co-operation regarding this current situation.
We need to ensure the safety of staff as well as patients.

The service is run by Bradford Care Alliance, which represents all GP practices in the Bradford area. Medical appointments are with GPs and other healthcare staff who work in the area; so your appointment may not be with a clinician from this practice.
To use the service we will ask for your consent to share your medical record and our reception staff will explain what this means and why it is necessary. Click here to learn more about how and why we process your information.
Further details of the services and location maps are available here.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, these are also being triaged by telephone.
Did Not Attend/Cancellation
If you cannot attend your appointments for any reason please inform reception 24 hours in advance so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
The practice has a policy for patients who do not attend their appointments without letting us know beforehand.
If you do not attend an appointment, this is logged as a DNA (Did not attend).
If you DNA on 3 occasions or more we could decide to no longer treat you at this practice.
