Dear Patients

 

We are now live with our new total triage system: SystmConnect, where all patient queries will be dealt with by our clinical and administrative team through a secure online process.

SystmConnect is an easy-to-use online system that allows you to submit all medical, administrative, and prescription enquiries directly to the practice. This helps us ensure every request is reviewed by the right member of our team and handled as efficiently as possible.

Phone lines remain available for patients who cannot use online services. Our care navigation team can complete the form on your behalf; however, this will not allow you to receive an appointment any sooner. Your request will still be reviewed and handled according to clinical priority.
