Our phone lines are open from 8am Monday to Friday.

Please consider we care for over 10,000 patients and our phones are very busy. If your problem is urgent and requires a same day response you need to ring before 9.30am if possible.

Calls after 9.30am will be passed to our administrative team for assessment, care navigation and processing. Alternatively you can submit a request via PATCHS, you will receive a response from us by the end of the next working day.

If you have a face to face appointment please arrive up to 10 minutes before your appointment.
